个人健康责任评价指标体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of Individual Health Responsibility Evaluation Index System

目的在社会文化价值体系中引入个人健康责任评价,建立能较好反映个人健康责任的评价指标体系。方法通过文献归纳与小组讨论,形成初步的个人健康责任评价指标条目池;采用德尔菲法对指标进行筛选和评判。编制个人健康责任测评问卷,通过对125名社区居民的预调查初步检测问卷的信效度;运用修正过的个人健康责任测评问卷对杭州市982名社区居民进行实证研究,通过构建结构方程模型并对标准化路径系数的归一化处理,确定各指标的权重值。结果两轮德尔菲专家咨询的总体回收率为89.47%,专家的积极程度、权威程度、意见协调程度较高,最终得到4个二级指标,共计24个三级指标。预调查显示个人健康责任测评问卷Cronbach's α系数为0.882,KMO值为0.857,探索性因子分析共提取4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为67.391%,问卷总体信效度良好。实证研究问卷有效回收率为98.2%,总体信度、效度检验结果良好。结构方程模型标准化路径系数归一化处理得到的4个二级指标(行为态度、主观规范、感知行为控制、行为意向)其权重分别为0.245、0.251、0.246、0.258。结论本研究构建的个人健康责任评价指标体系整体具有一定的可靠性与可行性,能够较好地解释个人健康责任现状,有较高的实用价值。

Objective To introduce the evaluation of individual health responsibility into the social and cultural value system,and establish an evaluation index system that can better reflect individual health responsibility.Methods Through literature induction and group discussion,a preliminary index pool of personal health responsibility evaluation was formed.Delphi method was used to screen and evaluate the indicators.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested by pre survey of 125 community residents,and the revised personal health responsibility questionnaire was used to conduct an empirical study on 982 community residents in Hangzhou.Through the construction of structural equation model and the normalization of standardized path coefficient,the weight value of each index is determined.Results The overall recovery rate of two rounds of Delphi expert consultation was 89.47%,and the experts’enthusiasm,authority and opinion coordination were relatively high.Finally,four secondary indicators,a total of 24 tertiary indicators,were obtained.Pre survey showed Cronbach’sαcoefficient of Personal Health Responsibility Assessment Questionnaire was 0.882 and the KMO value was 0.857;four common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 67.391%.The overall reliability and validity of the questionnaire were good.The effective recovery rate of empirical research questionnaire was 98.2%,and the overall reliability and validity test results were good.The weights of the four secondary indicators(behavioral attitude,subjective norm,perceived behavioral control,and behavioral intention)obtained from the normalized processing of standardized path coefficients of structural equation model were 0.245,0.251,0.246,and 0.258 respectively respectively.Conclusion The evaluation index system of personal health responsibility constructed in this study has certain reliability and feasibility,which can better explain the current situation of personal health responsibility and has great practical value.
