某军校学员焦虑与抑郁情绪的现况研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨某军校学员焦虑、抑郁的特点并分析影响因素,为提高其心理健康水平提供理论支撑。方法采用状态—特质焦虑问卷(STAI)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、创伤后应激障碍自评量表(PCL-C)和阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)对某军校1391名学员进行调查。焦虑、抑郁的影响因素采用多元logistic回归分析。结果该军校学员的状态焦虑、特质焦虑和抑郁阳性率分别为55.21%%、64.41%和32.64%,其中重度状态焦虑、特质焦虑和抑郁的发生率分别为6.04%、6.25%和0.29%。影响军校学员状态焦虑的危险因素为年级、人际交往、失眠状况。影响军校学员特质焦虑的危险因素为年级、集体气氛、失眠状况;年龄为保护因素,年龄越小的学员特质焦虑越严重。影响军校学员抑郁状况的危险因素为年级、人际交往、创伤后应激障碍、失眠状况;家庭教养方式、10岁前长期跟父母一起居住为保护因素。结论该军校学员存在较为严重的状态焦虑、特质焦虑以及抑郁情绪,学校管理部门应积极采取有效的心理健康教育措施,以提高学员的心理健康水平。 Objective To explore the anxiety and depression characteristics of a military college student and analyze the influencing factors to provide theoretical support for improving their mental health.Methods Using State-Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Self-Rating Scale(PCL-C),and Ascens Insomnia Scale(AIS),a survey was conducted on 1391 college students from a military academy.The influencing factors of anxiety and depression were analyzed by multiple logistic regression.Results The positive rates of status anxiety,trait anxiety and depression of the military college students were 55.21%,64.41%,and 32.64%,respectively,and the incidence of severe state anxiety,trait anxiety and depression were 6.04%,6.25%,and 0.29%,respectively.The risk factors affecting the state anxiety were grade,interpersonal communication,and insomnia.The risk factors that affect the trait anxiety of military college students were grade,collective atmosphere,and insomnia;age was the protective factor,and the younger the student,the more serious the trait anxiety.The risk factors that affect the depression status of military college students were grade,interpersonal communication,post-traumatic stress disorder,and insomnia;family parenting,long-term living with parents before the age of 10 were the protective factors.Conclusion The military university is living in a relatively serious state anxiety,trait anxiety and depression.In order to meet the needs of the new era of the military to win the war,the school management department should actively take effective mental health education measures to improve the mental health of college students.
