青少年抑郁症患者非自杀性自伤行为的影响因素分析

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Non-Suicidal Self-Injury in Adolescents with Depression

目的分析青少年抑郁症患者非自杀性自伤(NSSI)行为的影响因素。方法选取2019年4月—2021年4月某院收治的90例青少年抑郁症患者作为研究对象,根据是否存在NSSI行为分为NSSI组(57例)和无NSSI组(33例),比较两组患者的抑郁状态、合并焦虑状态、既往负性生活事件、冲动感情况,并采用单因素及多因素logistic回归分析患者发生NSSI的影响因素。结果单因素分析发现,年龄、合并焦虑、负性生活事件、冲动感、抑郁程度与青少年抑郁症患者发生NSSI行为有关(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,合并焦虑、负性生活事件、重度抑郁是青少年抑郁症患者发生NSSI行为的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论在临床治疗中应更加注重青少年抑郁症患者的情绪变化,并适时采取正向心理干预,以促进青少年患者的心理健康。

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)in adolescents with depression.Methods A total of 90 adolescent patients with depression admitted to a hospital were enrolled as the research objects between April 2019 and April 2021.According to presence or absence of NSSI,they were divided into NSSI group(57 cases)and non-NSSI group(33 cases).The depression,anxiety,negative life events,and impulsivity of the two groups were compared.The influencing factors of NSSI were analyzed by univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results Univariate analysis showed that age,anxiety,negative life events,impulsivity,and depression were related to NSSI in adolescent patients with depression(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that anxiety,negative life events,and severe depression were the independent risk factors of NSSI(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical treatment,more attention should be paid to the emotional changes of adolescent patients with depression,and timely positive psychological intervention should be taken to promote the mental health of adolescent patients.
