福建省龙岩市居民2021年健康素养状况分析

Analysis on Health Literacy of Residents in Longyan City of Fujian Province in 2021

目的了解2021年福建省龙岩市居民健康素养水平现状,分析其影响因素,为开展健康教育干预工作提供依据。方法对2021年龙岩市15~69岁居民健康素养监测数据进行分析。随机抽取龙岩市每个县级监测点的3个乡镇(或街道)中6个行政村(或片区)的15~69岁常住居民进行问卷调查。结果2021年共调查居民1786人,其中男性866人(48.49%)、女性920人(51.51%),健康素养水平为17.97%(321/1786)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,以15~24岁年龄组为参照,35~44岁年龄组的健康素养水平较高,OR值为1.080。以小学及以下为参照,初中、高中/职高/中专、大专、本科及以上文化程度的健康素养水平较高,OR值分别为1.864、7.328、12.906、22.757。以家庭年收入<2.5万元的人群为参照,5~10万元的和>10万元的健康素养水平较高,OR值分别为1.162和1.362。结论龙岩市居民的健康素养水平处于较低水平。年龄、文化程度、家庭年收入是居民健康素养水平的主要影响因素。应进一步针对特定人群开展健康教育,以提升居民健康素养水平。

Objective To understand the status quo of health literacy of residents in Longyan City of Fujian Province in 2021,analyze its influencing factors,and provide basis for health education intervention.Methods The health literacy monitoring data of residents aged 15-69 in Longyan City in 2021 were analyzed.Randomly select permanent residents aged 15-69 from 6 administrative villages(or districts)of 3 townships(or streets)at each county level monitoring point in Longyan City for questionnaire survey.Results In 2021,a total of 1786 residents were investigated in Longyan City,including 866 men(48.49%)and 920 women(51.51%),and the health literacy level 17.97%.Higher health literacy levels in the 35-44 age group compared to the 15-24 age group,with an OR of 1.080.Compared with the groups in primary school and below,the middle school,senior high school/vocational high school/technical secondary school,junior college,undergraduate degree and above groups had a higher health literacy level,with an OR value of 1.864,7.328,12.906 and 22.757 respectively.Taking people with an annual family income of 25000 yuan as a reference,the health literacy level of 50000-100000 yuan and above 100000 yuan was relatively high,and the OR value is 1.162,1.362.Conclusion The health literacy level of residents in Longyan City is at a low level.Age,education level and annual family income are the main influencing factors of residents'health literacy level.Health education should be further carried out for specific groups to improve residents'health literacy.
