摘要
地理信息系统(GIS)是为地理研究、综合评价、管理、定量分析、决策而建立的计算机应用系统。GIS已被广泛应用于医疗和公共卫生领域,为疾病监测、环境健康和危险因素分析、公共卫生资源计划和配置以及社区卫生保健等方面服务。家庭医生签约服务是中国推进分级诊疗制度的基本政策,是社区卫生服务重要组成。部分地区已经在应用GIS技术建设服务信息平台,优化家庭医生签约服务。本文介绍GIS技术在家庭医生签约服务中的应用进展,以期为各地推进家庭医生签约服务提供借鉴和启示。
Geographic Information System(GIS)is a computer application system established for geographic research,comprehensive evaluation,management,quantitative analysis and decision-making.GIS has been widely used in medical and public health fields,serving for disease monitoring,environmental health and risk factor analysis,public health resource planning and allocation,and community health care.The service signed by family doctors is a basic policy to promote the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system in China,and an important component of community health services.GIS technology has been used to build service information platforms in some regions to optimize the services signed by family doctors.This research combs the application progress of GIS technology in the family doctor contract service,with a view to providing reference and inspiration for promoting the family doctor contract service.
