Analysis and Improvement Measures of Common Problems in Pressure Pipeline Construction Supervision and Inspection

本文从压力管道施工监检的设计文件抽查、施工单位质量保证体系实施状况、管道元件材料验收、焊接、无损检测、耐压试验等方面对压力管道施工监检过程中发现的常见问题进行梳理,重点分析了当前阶段管道元件的追溯难度大、监管难问题,分析问题发生原因,给出相应的改进措施,降低问题发生率,为建设单位、使用单位、监理单位以及监检人员施工或工作提供借鉴,也为监管部门制定和落实管道元件可追溯性规则条款提供参考。

This paper combs the common problems found in the process of pressure pipeline construction supervision and inspection from the aspects of random inspection of design documents of pressure pipeline,implementation status of quality assurance system of construction unit, material acceptance of pipeline components,welding, nondestructive testing and pressure test, focuses on the difficult tracing and supervision of pipeline components at the current stage, and analyzes the causes of the problems, gives corresponding improvement measures to reduce the incidence of problems, so as to provide reference for the construction unit, the user, the supervision unit and the supervision and inspection personnel during construction or work, and also provide reference for the regulatory authorities when formulating and implementing the provisions of the traceability rules of pipeline components.
