基于HAZOP的燃气用聚乙烯管制造过程风险分析

摘要 本文提出了一种基于危险与可操作性(HAZOP)分析方法的燃气用聚乙烯管材制造过程风险分析方法,将传统HAZOP方法的引导词及含义进行修改,并引入风险等级评估,使方法更适用于制造过程。本文提出的方法将燃气用聚乙烯管制造过程分为4大模块,共19个研究节点,在案例分析中以一家制造厂为例,对方法的全过程进行了运用,识别出了13个较高风险偏差,并提出了改善建议。此方法可为燃气管材制造厂的质量控制提供参考。 A kind of risk analysis method for polyethylene gas pipeline manufacturing process based on HAZOP was proposed. This method modifies the lead words and its meaning of traditional HAZOP method, and introduces risk grade assessment, in order to become more suitable for manufacturing process. This method divides the manufacturing process of polyethylene gas pipe into four modules with 19 nodes. The whole process of the method was applied in the case study of a manufacturer. In this case study, 13 high risk bias was recognized, and suggestions for improvement were put forward. This method can provide reference for the quality control of pipe gas manufacturers.
