摘要
正向勉励以师生的语言为媒介,教师通过劝导鼓励或者相互鼓励的交往行动影响学生的思想意识,重塑学生的精神世界,鼓励学生朝着正向的目标努力。正向勉励的关系理性具有语言性、互依性、向师性、导向性的四重属性,其本质属性是语言性,具有勉励性的话语,这是区别于其他激励性行为的本质特征。正向勉励具有劝导式、关怀式、共勉式三种方式,对消解“躺平”的青年亚文化起到良好的促进作用。正向勉励形成了师生间的交往理性关系,是教师激励学生努力实现自我潜能的教育方法,是教师关怀学生成长的激励方法,是教师激励学生形成重叠共识的教育方法。正向勉励的实现路径是通过对话教育、关怀行动和合理规划激励学生成长。
Positive encouragement takes the language of teachers and students as the medium,and teachers influence students’ideological consciousness,reshape students’spiritual world and encourage students to work hard towards the positive goal through persuasion and encouragement or mutual encouragement.The relational rationality of positive encouragement has four attributes of language,interdependence,teacher-orientation,and orientation.And positive encouragement has three modes of persuasion,care and mutual encouragement,which plays a good role in dispelling the youth subculture of“lying down”.Positive encouragement forms the communicative rational relationship between teachers and students,and is an educational method for teachers to motivate students to realize their potential,to care for students’growth,and to form overlapping consensus.The realization path of positive encouragement is to develop students’growth through dialogue education,caring action and rational planning.
