数据资产视角下医学院校人员信息数据管理的探索与实践——以首都医科大学教务系统为例

随着高校教育信息化的深入开展,数据已经成为信息化建设中的一项重要资产,而规范有序的数据治理方法则是保障数据正确流转及使用的重要基础。以首都医科大学教务系统研发为例,通过对在人员信息数据治理过程中发现的主要问题进行分析和探讨,总结出了一套行之有效的解决办法,以期对高校信息化建设中数据资产管理具有借鉴作用。

With the in-depth development of informatization in college education,data is an increasingly important asset in the construction of informatization,and standardized and orderly data governance methods are solid foundations for ensuring correct circulation and use of data.Taking the research and development of the academic affairs system of Capital Medical University as an example,through the analysis and discussion of the main problems encountered in the process of personnel information data governance,a set of effective solutions is explored,aiming to have a reference and promotion effect on data asset management in the construction of university informatization.
