The Glorious Journey and Inspiring Experience of Theoretical Education and Training for Leaders since the Founding of the CPC

建党百年来,干部理论教育培训工作走过了从初步探索、有力推进、渐趋成熟、正规化系统化、形成完整体系到制度化规范化、不断完善和创新发展的光辉历程,形成了五个方面的基本经验:始终坚持党的干部教育培训机构“姓党”原则,坚持马克思主义指导地位不动摇;始终坚持政治性、时代性、实践性原则,紧紧围绕中心、服务大局;始终坚持理论联系实际的马克思主义学风,在改造主观世界的同时改造客观世界;始终坚持开门办学、开放办学原则,广泛整合、充分利用各方面培训资源;始终坚持系统性观念和整体性思维,不断推进科学化、规范化、系统化、制度化建设。做好新时代干部理论教育培训工作,必须坚持党的全面领导,充分发挥马克思主义理论教育主渠道、主阵地作用,以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为核心内容,紧紧围绕和服务党的中心任务和国家工作大局,大力弘扬理论联系实际的马克思主义学风,坚持开门办学、开放办学,做好顶层设计和制度建设。

Since the founding of the Party,theoretical education and training for leaders has gone through the whole history of the CPC with a glorious journey from initial exploration,vigorous promotion,gradual maturity,normalizationand systematization,formation of a complete system,to institutionalization and standardization,continuous improvement and innovative development,which has formed five basic experiences:adhere to the principle that the“surname”of leadership education and training institutions is the Party and uphold firmly the guidance of Marxism;adhere to the political,epochal and practical principles,closely focus on the center,and serve the overall situation;adhere to the Marxist study style of combining theory with practice and transform the objective world while transforming the subjective world;adhere to the principle of school openness and widely integrate and make full use of training resources of all aspects;adhere to systematic concept and holistic thinking and constantly promote scientific,standardized,systematic and institutionalized construction.In the new era,we must uphold the Party’s overall leadership,give full play to the role of the main front and key channel of Marxist theoretical education,take Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as the core content,closely focus on and serve the central task of the Party and the overall situation of state affairs,vigorously promote the Marxist study style of combining theory with practice,adhere to the principle of school openness,and work well in top-level design and system construction.
