高职课程思政教学评价存在的问题与对策 被引量:10

摘要 推进课程思政的教学质量评价,有助于高校落实立德树人的根本使命。在高职课程思政教学评价的实施过程中,面临着目标评价体系缺失、知识传授与价值引领欠融合、课程思政育人主体胜任力不足等阻力。解决教学评价的问题需要以德育目标为指引,依据成果导向思维建构评价体系;从整体论的角度出发,以专业群视角构建课程思政案例库;明确教育主体的多元属性,讨论各主体胜任力要素,推动协同共建课程思政,塑造课程思政良性互动格局。 Promoting teaching evaluation of ideological and political education construction is helpful to implement the fundamental mission of moral education in colleges and universities.There are obstacles such as lack of evaluation system,lack of integration of knowledge and value,and insufficient competency of educators in implementing the course evaluation.To solve the problem of teaching evaluation,the whole evaluation system needs to be guided by moral education and construct the result-oriented evaluation system.From the viewpoint of holism,the case base is constructed from the perspective of profession groups.It is necessary to clarify the multiple attributes of educational subjects,consider the competency elements of each subject,promote the collaborative construction,and shape the constructive interactions of courses implementing ideological and political education.
