摘要
身体自尊水平会直接影响到个体对自己的评价,通过健美操教学可以提高身体自尊的水平,从而保障个体自身的心理健康,促进其全面发展。本研究采用问卷调查法、实验法对被试者身体自尊水平进行测试,运用数理统计卷调查结果进行分析。结果显示:不同体型、性别在身体自尊总分、身体自我价值感、运动能力、身体状况、身体吸引力和身体素质等分维度的后测时没有显著差异;进一步交互作用分析发现,组别和性别在运动能力子维度上有显著差异,性别和体型在身体状况上有显著差异;组别和体型在健美操对学生自尊的影响上交互作用没有达到显著性。
The level of body self-esteem will directly affect the individual’s evaluation of their own,the aerobics teaching can improve the level of body self-esteem,so as to ensure the individual’s mental health,promote their overall development.In this study,questionnaires and experiments were used to test the level of physical self-esteem of the subjects,and the results were analyzed by the mathematical statistics.The results showed that there were no significant differences in the posttest of total body self-esteem,physical self-worth,athletic ability,physical condition,physical attractiveness and physical quality under different body types,different genders.Further interaction analysis showed that there were significant differences between group and gender in the sub-dimension of motor ability,and significant differences in the physical condition under different gender and body shape;There was no significant interaction between group and body type in the effect of aerobics on students’self-esteem.
