数字技术赋能企业价值链重构的理论机制研究

Research on the Theoretical Mechanism of Digital Technology Energizing Enterprise Value Chain Restructuring

数字技术的快速发展与深化应用正在加速重构企业价值链。文章围绕A企业价值链重构进程,构建企业价值链重构的四要素模型,以单案例研究方法探索数字经济时代背景下数字技术赋能企业价值链重构的理论机制。研究表明,在A企业的价值链重构初始化、价值环节重构和价值链生态化3个阶段,数字技术以知识赋能、组织赋能和网络赋能范式助推企业资源禀赋、企业战略、价值链重构模式和重构策略不断演化,促使价值链各环节之间、各构成主体之间实现有机协同,以更好满足消费者对智慧生活解决方案的需求。该研究在理论上打开了数字技术通过不同范式赋能企业价值链重构的理论边界。

The rapid development and deepening application of digital technology are accelerating the restructuring of enterprise value chain.Focusing on the process of value chain reconstruction of enterprise A,this paper constructs a four-factor model of enterprise value chain reconstruction,and explores the theoretical mechanism of digital technology energizing value chain reconstruction under the background of digital economy era with the method of single case study.The research finds that in enterprise A’s three stages of value chain reconstruction initialization,value link reconstruction and value chain ecologization,digital technology can promotes the continuous evolution of enterprise resources endowment,enterprise strategy and value chain reconstruction mode and strategy through organization energization,knowledge energization and network energization,which can promotes the realization of organic synergy among all links and components of the value chain,so as to better meet consumer demand for intelligent life solution.This study theoretically opens the theoretical boundary of digital technology energizing value chain reconstruction of enterprises through different paradigms.
