摘要 对活性粉末路面混凝土的配合比进行了试验研究。研究了硅灰、偏高岭土和RPC专用矿物填料对混凝土性能的影响。结果显示,硅灰可改善活性粉末混凝土的抗压强度。当用偏高岭土代替部分硅灰时,抗压强度会减少,但混凝土混合料的工作性能会明显改善。特殊矿物填料能明显改善混凝土的施工性能,在不影响抗压强度的情况下降低粘度,增加坍落度。同时,成功地制备了适用于路面工程的RPC100,得到了其配合比和相关力学性能. Experimental study is carried out on mixing proportion of reactive powder pavement concrete.The effects of concrete admixtures such as silica fume,metakaolin and RPC special mineral filler were studied.It is shown that silica fume can improve compressive strength of RPC.When metakaolin is used to replace part of silica fume,compressive strength will decrease,but workability of concrete mixture will improve obviously.Special mineral filler can obviously improve construction performance of concrete mixture,reduce viscosity and increase slump without affecting compressive strength.At the same time,RPC100,which is suitable for road surface engineering,was successfully prepared,and its mixing proportion and related mechanical properties were obtained.
