摘要 膨胀土路基容易出现滑坡、溜塌、边坡开裂、路面断板等病害。连霍二广高速连接线(新安至伊川高速公路)路基段地质多为弱膨胀土,针对弱膨胀土层对路基结构稳定的影响,在新伊高速K11+860-K12+000处铺设水泥改良路基试验段,研究基于最佳含水率情况下适当的松铺系数,松铺高度等基础工序的施工过程技术指标,使该路段的工程建设真正实现高品质、低成本、安全环保的目标。 Expansive soil subgrade is prone to landslide,slumping,slope cracking,broken pavement and other diseases.The geology of the subgrade section of Lianhuo Erguang Expressway(Xin'an-Yichuan Expressway)is mostly weak expansive soil.In view of the influence of weak expansive soil layer on the stability of subgrade structure,cement improved subgrade test section is paved at K11+860-K12+000 of Xin'an-Yichuan Expressway to study the relationship between the appropriate loose paving coefficient,loose paving height,appropriate compaction times and subgrade compactness based on the optimal moisture content.By studying the monitoring and detection methods of subgrade compactness and flatness,elevation and loose paving height,as well as the technical indicators of the construction process of basic processes such as rolling compaction technology(various roller coordination methods,compaction methods,compaction speed,rolling times),common engineering quality problems and potential quality hazards can be avoided.With the use of new technologies and methods,the construction of this section has truly achieved the goal of high quality,low cost,high efficiency,safety and environmental protection.
