摘要
为分析机械化施工工艺对公路路基工程质量的影响,以海口机场高速公路工程为研究区域,分析路基机械化施工工艺。结合该路段实际施工需求与该工程的实际地质情况,制定机械化施工工艺,优化高速公路路基施工技术;采用指数曲线拟合法,计算路基路面沉降值,获取海口机场高速公路路基机械化施工工艺化参数。实例测试与分析结果表明,指数拟合和模型模拟两种方式获取的沉降值结果与实际测量结果吻合程度较高,计算结果可靠性较高,冲击压施工工艺施工后,平均沉降量结果均高于18 cm,压实度结果均高于96%;在压实过程中,可最大程度分散汽车荷载造成的主应力,满足该高速公路的交通服务需求。
In order to analyze the influence of mechanized construction technology on the quality of highway subgrade engineering,taking Haikou airport expressway project as the research area,the mechanized construction technology of subgrade is analyzed.Combined with the actual construction demand of the section and the actual geological situation of the project,the mechanized construction technology is formulated and the expressway subgrade construction technology is optimized.Using the exponential curve fitting method,the settlement value of subgrade and pavement is calculated,and the technical parameters of subgrade mechanized construction of Haikou airport expressway are obtained.The example test and analysis results show that the settlement values obtained by exponential fitting and model simulation are in good agreement with the actual measurement results,and the calculation results are reliable.After the construction with impact compaction construction technology,the average settlement results are higher than 18cm,and the compaction results are higher than 96%;In the process of compaction,the principal stress caused by vehicle load can be dissipated to the greatest extent to meet the traffic service demand of the expressway.
