摘要 近十年来,我国各大中城市随着城镇化发展,人口日益增多,为解决交通拥挤、车辆堵塞、交通秩序混乱等现象,均大力发展城市轨道交通地铁建设。随着地铁建设的发展,地铁施工周期也在逐步缩短,尤其在站后机电安装和装修工程上尤为凸显,机电安装是地铁正常运营的重要组成部分,其中综合管线施工一直是地铁机电安装工程的重点也是难点,包含专业最广、施工最为繁杂。目前通过BIM技术应用,能够有效的反应综合管线与建筑结构空间之间的关系,解决施工中出现的孔洞预留偏差、管线碰撞等问题,减少了施工中返工和完成后的整修,缩短了施工周期,减少了成本浪费。 In the past ten years,with the development of urbanization,China's large and medium-sized cities are increasing in population.In order to solve the traffic congestion,vehicle congestion,traffic disorder and other phenomena,construction of urban rail transit subway construction has been vigorously developed.With the development of subway construction,subway construction cycle is gradually shortened,especially in the station on electromechanical installation and decoration project behind the station.Mechanical and electrical installation is an important part of subway normal operation,among which the construction of integrated pipelines has always been the focus and difficulty of the mechanical and electrical installation project of the subway,with the widest range of disciplines and the most complicated construction.At present,the application of BIM technology can effectively reflect the relationship between the comprehensive pipeline and the building structure space,solve the problems of hole reservation deviation and pipeline collision in the construction,reduce the rework and renovation after the construction,shorten the construction cycle and reduce the cost waste.
