军工科研企业安全氛围与安全绩效关系的实证研究

Study on the Relationship Between Perceived Support, Safety Climate and Safety Performance of Military Research Enterprise

摘要 为探究组织支持、安全氛围与安全绩效的作用关系,通过对军工科研企业员工开展问卷调研,构建多层次“组织支持-安全氛围-安全行为”概念模型,运用结构方程模型,检验组织支持、安全氛围对安全绩效的作用机制。研究结果表明,上级支持和同事支持显著影响安全氛围和安全绩效,不同层次安全氛围对安全绩效的影响不同。研究结论为企业安全管理提供了新视角,具有一定的指导意义。 In order to explore the relationship between perceived support, safety climate and safety performance, a multi-level model of perceived support-safety climate-safety behavior was constructed through a questionnaire survey among employees of military engineering research enterprises.Structural equation model(SEM) was used to test the mechanism of organizational support and safety climate on safety performance.The results show that superior support and colleague support significantly affect safety climate and performance behavior, and different levels of safety climate have different effects on safety performance.The research conclusion provides a new perspective for enterprise safety management and has certain guiding significance.
