塑胶材料老化对灯具出光影响研究及材料优化

Influence of Luminaire Plastic Material Aging on Optical Characteristics and Material Optimization

摘要 目前照明出光材料以塑胶材质居多,塑胶材质的老化不可避免。本文以一款具有背发光功能的直下式面板灯为案例,研究如何延缓材料的老化以及评估老化对光学性能的影响。对不同灯壳材料进行了高温老化、室外自然老化、室内点灯正常老化、紫外老化和全光谱(300~2800 nm)老化测试,结果表明,在PS基材里增加8‰抗UV和抗氧材料对光色影响最小,具有较好的延缓老化特性。 At present,most lighting luminaire materials are plastic materials,and the aging of plastic materials is inevitable.This paper takes a straight down panel light with back lighting function as an example to study how to delay the aging of materials and evaluate the influence of aging on the optical properties.High temperature aging test,UV acceleration test,full spectrum(300-2800 nm)aging test,and natural condition test were conducted for different housing materials.The results show that adding 8‰UV resistant and antioxidant in PS base materials has the least influence on light color,and has good anti-aging performance.
