基于高频焊接技术的LED灯带微创维修技术研究

摘要 LED灯饰产品传统的维修方式会给产品带来一定的损伤和隐患。本文介绍一种应用高频焊接技术的维修方法,通过高频焊接机对LED灯带产品功能不良中常见的内部电路虚假焊点进行加热补焊,使其功能恢复。该方法可以对不良点进行定点精准维修,而不对产品表面的绝缘层进行破坏,达到对产品进行微创甚至无创的“精准手术式”维修,降低或避免维修带来的隐患,提高产品耐用度。最后就高频焊接设备的不足提出了改进思路。 The traditional maintenance method for decorative LED lights may cause damage and hidden dangers to the product.The purpose of this paper is to apply the high frequency welding technology to repair the false solder joint in the internal circuit of lighting products by high frequency welding machine,to restore its function.This method can fix the bad spot accurately without damaging the insulating layer on the product surface,and achieve the precise and minimally invasive and even non-invasive"Operation Type"maintenance to the product,to reduce the maintenance damage and hidden dangers to a minimum or even none to extend product service life.Finally,some ideas to improve the high frequency welding machine are put forward.
