环戊酮自缩合合成2-环戊烯戊酮催化剂的研究进展

摘要 生物质衍生物环戊酮自缩合合成2-环戊烯戊酮,可以作为高密度燃料的前驱体。对用于环戊酮自缩合合成2-环戊烯戊酮反应的催化剂进行综述,根据反应体系的相态可以分为均相催化剂和非均相催化剂。虽然均相催化剂具有较优异的催化活性,但存在腐蚀设备、污染环境、无法回收利用等缺点;在非均相催化剂中,固体碱催化剂(CaO和MgO)的催化性能最好,但该催化剂存在失活问题;其次,酸碱双功能催化剂(MgAl-HT)由于同时具有酸碱活性中心,具有较好的催化性能,但与液体催化剂相比,其催化性能还有待进一步提高。因此,开发绿色高效的固体酸碱双功能催化剂,不仅符合绿色化学的发展要求,而且为制备生物燃料奠定基础。 2-cyclopentenone synthesized from self-condensation of biomass derivative cyclopentenone can be used as a precursor of high density fuel.In this paper,the catalysts for the synthesis of 2-cyclopentenone from self-condensation of cyclopentenone are reviewed.According to the phase state of the reaction system,it can be divided into homogeneous catalyst and heterogeneous catalyst.Although homogeneous catalyst has excellent catalytic activity,it has some disadvantages,such as corrosion equipment,environmental pollution and non-recycling.Among heterogeneous catalyst,solid base catalyst(CaO and MgO)has the best catalytic performance,but the catalyst has the problem of deactivation.Secondly,acid-base bifunctional catalyst(MgAl-HT)has good catalytic performance due to acid-base active centers.However,compared with the catalytic activity of homogeneous catalyst,its catalytic performance needs to be further improved.Therefore,it is necessary to develop green and efficient solid acid-base bifunctional catalysts to meet the development requirements of green chemistry,and to lays a foundation for the preparation of biofuels.
