催化裂化捕钒剂的性能测试

摘要 以稀土氧化物和碱土金属为活性组分,选择合适的原料和配比制备了催化裂化捕钒剂,并利用ACE催化裂化评价装置对不同添加比例、不同老化方式以及不同V污染量的捕钒剂进行了性能测试评价。结果表明,当催化裂化催化剂中钒含量在4000×10^(-6),捕钒剂添加比例为5%时达到良好的捕钒效果,转化率提高0.47个百分点,焦碳产率和干气产率分别降低1.03个百分点和0.35个百分点;通过对产物分布结果的对比可以看出,流化水热老化比吊篮水热老化更加具有规律性;对比添加相同比例的捕钒剂不同钒污染量捕钒剂样品的催化裂化性能,其钒污染量越高,转化率越低,产物分布越差。 A catalytic cracking vanadium trap was prepared by using rare earth oxides and alkaline earth metals as active components and selecting the suitable raw material and proportioning.The performance of the trap with different addition ratios,aging methods and V pollution levels was evaluated using the ACE catalytic cracking evaluation device.The results show that when the content of vanadium in FCC catalyst is 4000×10^(-6)and the ratio of vanadium trap is 5%,the conversion increases by 0.47 percentage point,the coke yield and dry gas yield decrease by 1.03 percentage point and 0.35 percentage point respectively.By comparing the results of product distribution,it can be seen that the fluidized hydrothermal aging is more regular than the hanging basket hydrothermal aging.The catalytic cracking performance of the samples with the same ratio of vanadium-trapping agent and different vanadium pollution shows that the higher the amount of vanadium pollution,the lower the conversion and the worse the product distribution.
