From"Monumentality"to Daily Life:the"Living"turn of Public Art

早期公共艺术由国家政策出资支持产生,以纪念碑性雕塑与宏大叙事的壁画为主,分布在城市节点与市政广场上.公共艺术的发展受经济、文化、社会心理、人的观念影响,亦随着社会与时代产生变化.本文通过梳理公共艺术发展的脉络,深入分析时代性特征下的公共艺术由"自上而下"纪念碑性的时代精神,向多元参与的"生活化"转向.

Public art was funded and supported by national policies.In the early stage,it was mainly composed of m onumental sculptures and murals with grand narratives,which were distributed on urban nodes and municipal squares.The development of public art is influenced by econ omy,culture,social psychology and human concepts,and also changes with the society and times.By combing the context of the development of public art,this paper deeply analyzes the transformation of public art under the characteristics of the times from the"top-down"monumental spirit to the"living"of pluralistic participation.
