高压氧配合单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗病毒性脑炎继发癫痫的临床研究 被引量:3

Clinical Study of Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined with Monosialotetrahe-xose Ganglioside Sodium in the Treatment of Epilepsy Secondary to Viral Encephalitis

摘要 探讨高压氧配合单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗病毒性脑炎继发癫痫的临床疗效。选择2017年8月至2020年8月在我院住院治疗的病毒性脑炎继发癫痫患儿76例作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分对照组、观察组,各38例。两组均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用高压氧舱治疗,观察组采用高压氧配合单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗,观察两组患儿的临床疗效,比较治疗前、后血清炎症因子、T细胞亚群及氧化应激蛋白指标水平。观察组临床治疗的总有效率97.37%(37/38)高于对照组的78.95%(30/38)(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿血清IL-8、IL-10、TNF-α指标水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿血清CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)等T细胞亚群指标水平均提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿的血清MDA表达降低,观察组低于对照组,血清SOD指标水平提升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。高压氧配合单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠治疗病毒性脑炎继发癫痫的临床疗效确切,能够有效改善癫痫症状,促进免疫功能恢复,进而缓解患儿机体氧化应激反应。 To investigate the clinical efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen combined with monosialotetrahexose ganglioside sodium in the treatment of epilepsy secondary to viral encephalitis,76 cases of children with epilepsy secondary to viral encephalitis who were hospitalized in Sanya central hospital from August 2017 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.All children were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.Both groups of children were given conventional treatment.On this basis,the patients in the control group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen chamber,and the patients in the observation group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with monosialotetrahexose ganglioside sodium.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of children,the levels of serum inflammatory factors,T cell subsets and oxidative stress protein before and after treatment were compared.The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 97.37%(37/38)higher than 78.95%(30/38)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-8,IL-10 and TNF-αin the two groups of children decreased,and the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+and other T cell subgroup indicators of the two groups of children increased,and the observation group was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum MDA expression of the two groups of children decreased,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the serum SOD index level increased,and the observation group was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Hyperbaric oxygen combined with monosialotetrahexose ganglioside sodium has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of epilepsy secondary to viral encephalitis.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of epilepsy,promote the recovery of immune function,and relieve the emergency response of children′s body to oxidation.
