数据时代网络意识形态的特征及技术应对

Characteristics and Technical Response of Online Ideology in the Data Era

伴随着互联网技术与应用的发展,网络意识形态也同步经历了从Web1.0到Web2.0再到Web3.0的迭代共生历程,并呈现出不同阶段的显著特征。针对Web3.0时代具有的去中心化理念与网络意识形态蕴含的虚拟与现实结合属性,本文重点从技术层面提出了网络意识形态安全治理的应对方法。文章回顾了Web3.0的概念演变过程,分析了Web1.0/2.0/3.0不同时代网络意识形态的特征及主要表现形式,分别从用户、平台和数据三个方面提出了相应的治理思路。在Web3.0时代的网络意识形态安全治理中,用户是信息产生和传播的主体,平台是信息交互的主要场所,数据是信息的载体,用户、平台与数据构建了网络空间的主体框架,也成为意识形态安全治理的关键。在对不同时期的Web技术进行必要剖析后,尝试提出了Web3.0时代网络意识形态安全治理的实现路径。新技术应用对网络意识形态安全治理带来的机遇和挑战需进一步研究。智能、个性、互动和精准服务体现了Web3.0的基本特征,也为网络意识形态安全治理提供了实现路径。

Online ideology has undergone an iterative symbiosis process from Web1.0 to Web2.0and then to Web3.0 with the development of Internet technology and application,showing distinctive characteristics in different stages.This article puts forward the governance approaches of online ideology at technical level.It reviews the evolution of the concept of Web3.0,and analyzes the characteristics and main manifestations of online ideology during Web1.0,Web2.0 and Web3.0era.It then proposes corresponding governance measures on the part of users,platforms and data.Users are the main player of information generation and dissemination.Platforms are the main venue of information interaction.Data is the carrier of information in the security governance of online ideological in the era of Web3.0.Users,platforms and data form the framework of cyberspace and become the key to ideological security governance.The author also suggests the implementation path of online ideology security governance on the basis of analyzing Internet technologies in different periods.It is necessary to further study the opportunities and challenges of the security governance of online ideology brought by the application of new technologies.The smart,personalized,interactive and accurate services reflect the basic characteristics of Web3.0,and provide the implementation path for online ideological security governance.
