完善党的自我革命制度规范体系的主要内容及其实践要求

The Main Contents and Practical Requirements of Improving the Systems and Regulations for the Party’s Self-reform

党的二十大提出“完善党的自我革命制度规范体系”,这是新时代新征程推进全面从严治党和党的自我革命制度化、规范化、科学化的现实需要。完善党的自我革命制度规范体系,包括健全以党的政治建设为统领的制度,建立健全不忘初心、牢记使命制度,贯彻落实党的组织路线的制度体系,构建作风建设常态化长效化机制,加强纪律建设的制度体系,构建不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐一体推进的体制机制。完善党的自我革命制度规范体系,需要完善党内法规制度体系,健全党统一领导、全面覆盖、权威高效的监督体系,推进政治监督具体化、精准化、常态化,发挥政治巡视利剑作用,落实全面从严治党政治责任。

The 20th National Congress of the CPC put forward the proposition of“improving the systems and regulations for the Party’s self-reform”,which is the practical need of promoting the institutionalization,standardization,and scientific practice of full and rigorous Party self-governance and the Party’s selfreform in the new era.Improving the systems and regulations for the Party’s self-reform includes strengthening a system with the Party’s political building as the leadership,establishing and perfecting a system with the Party’s founding mission firmly in mind,implementing a system with the Party’s organizational line firmly in place,building a system with the work style as a regular long-term mechanism which strengthens discipline,and constructing an integrated system with institutions and mechanisms that dare not,cannot,and do not want to be corrupt.To improve the systems and regulations for the Party’s selfreform,we need to improve the system of intra-party rules and regulations,improve the total-coverage,authoritative and highly-effective oversight system under the Party’s unified leadership,make political oversight more specific,precise,and regular,give full play to the role of political inspection,and fulfill the political responsibility of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party.
