基于减压阀和供水泵站统一管控管网压力优化技术研究

Research on the pressure optimization technology of unified control pipe network based on pressure relief valve and water supply pump station

摘要 压力管控是供水行业普遍认可的降低管网漏失的最有效手段之一,目前主要通过DMA分区设定减压阀减压设置值进行分区减压,或调控供水泵站运行压力等单一措施来调控管网压力,虽解决了部分问题但无法使管网压力得到全面优化。通过研究发现,将减压阀和供水泵站统一管控的一体化调控方案能使管网压力的布局更加科学、合理。建立变速泵转速比及减压阀共同调控管网压力模型,利用管路、水泵及减压阀的水力特性,以节点自由水压与最小服务压力之差的平方和为目标函数,设定各节点自由水压始终不小于该点最小服务水头以及转速比始终满足水泵在高效区运转等作为约束条件,并利用粒子群算法求解模型可得到变速泵最优转速比和减压阀最优设置值。实际算例证明,该方法能够在满足服务水压要求的前提下有效地降低管网压力,从而减少管网漏失量。 Pressure control is generally recognized by the water supply industry as one of the most effective means to reduce the leakage of pipeline networks.At present,it is mainly through using DMA to set valves of pressure reducing valves in different regions to carry out regional pressure reduction,or through regulating the operating pressure of the water supply pump station to control the pressure of pipeline networks.Although some problems have been solved,the network pressure cannot be fully optimized.Research has found out that the integrated control scheme of unified management and control of the pressure reducing valve and the water supply pump station can make the layout of the pipe network pressure more scientific and reasonable.A model of the pressure of the pipeline network jointly controlled by the speed ratio of the variable speed pump and the pressure reducing valve is established.Using the hydraulic characteristics of the pipeline,the water pump,and the pressure reducing valve,taking the sum of the squares of the difference between the free water pressure of the node and the minimum service pressure as the objective function,setting the free water pressure of the node to be always not less than the minimum service head at this node,making the speed ratio always meet the constraints of the pump running in the high-efficiency area,and applying the particle swarm algorithm to solve the model,the optimal speed ratio of the variable speed pump and the optimal value of the pressure reducing valve can be finally obtained.The practical example proves that this method can effectively reduce the pressure of the pipe network under the premise of meeting the requirements of the service water pressure,thereby reducing the leakage of the pipe network.
