On the Early Warning of the Competitive Risk of New-generation Migrant Workers Returning Home for Entrepreneurship

返乡创业的新生代农民工是当前我国重要的创业群体之一。风险预警机制的建立是提高新生代农民工返乡创业成功概率的有效手段。为了探讨竞争情报流程与方法在新生代农民工返乡创业风险预警中的实现过程,笔者基于创业要素理论、现代风险管理理论以及已有文献对创业风险因素的探讨,识别资源风险、市场风险、管理风险和环境风险等影响新生代农民工返乡创业的风险因素。确立返乡创业风险的监测指标体系,分析数据收集、数据处理与分析、竞争情报预警等不同环节的工作内容。竞争情报预警流程为新生代农民工返乡创业的风险管理提供有益借鉴。

New-generation migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship is one of the important entrepreneurial groups in China.The establishment of early risk warning mechanism is an effective means to improve the success probability of the new-generation migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship.This paper aims to explore the implementation process of competitive intelligence procedures and methods in the early risk warning of new-generation migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship.Based on the entrepreneurship elements theory,modern risk-management theory,and the existing literature on entrepreneurial risk factors,four risk factors including resource risk,market risk,management risk and environmental risk were identified affecting the new-generation migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship.The monitoring index system of the risk was established,analyzing the work contents of different segments such as data collection,data processing and analysis,competitive intelligence early warning.The proposed competitive intelligence early warning process provides a valuable reference for the risk management of new-generation migrant workers returning home for entrepreneurship.
