摘要
核桃含有丰富的营养物质及生物活性成分,在脑神经领域具有突出表现,主要包括保护神经元、抑制脑功能衰退、改善认知能力、预防治疗神经类疾病如阿尔兹海默症等神经保护功效,介绍核桃的营养成分及其生物活性研究现况,重点归纳和总结核桃及其成分在脑部和神经保护方面的成果,为我国核桃研究和综合利用提供参考。
Walnut is rich in nutrients and bioactive components,which has outstanding performance in the field of brain nerve,mainly including the neuroprotective effects of protecting neurons,inhibiting brain function decline,improving cognitive ability,preventing and treating neurological diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease.This paper will introduce the current research situation of nutritional components and bioactivity of walnut.This paper mainly summarizes the achievements of walnut and its components in brain and nerve protection,so as to provide reference for walnut research and comprehensive utilization in China.
