一体化设备处理农村生活污水的实例研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探究一体化设备在处理分散式农村生活污水实际工程中的应用效果和经济投入,试验选择在某地级市污水处理厂进行为期28 d的测试。结果表明,采用生物接触氧化工艺的一体化设备具有很好的抗冲击负荷能力,进水COD容积负荷由0.35 kg/(m^(3)·d)增加至0.70 kg/(m^(3)·d)时,设备对COD的去除率可维持在80%以上,平均进水TN浓度为43.31 mg/L且COD/TN浓度比为6~9时,设备对TN的去除率达到71.77%,出水浓度为12.89 mg/L,达到GB 18918—2002一级A标准,其中运行费用1.06元/t。因此,一体化设备在处理农村生活污水上具有很好的效果和较大的推广价值。 In order to explore the treatment effect and economic input of integrated equipment in the actual project of treating distributed rural domestic sewage,this experiment was conducted in a municipal sewage treatment plant for 28 days.The results showed that the integrated equipment by using biological contact oxidation process had a good ability to resist the impact load.When the volume load of influent COD increased from 0.35 kg/(m^(3)·d)to 0.70 kg/(m^(3)·d),the COD removal rate of the equipment could be maintained above 80%.When the average influent TN concentration was 43.31 mg/L and the COD/TN concentration ratio was 6-9,the removal rate of TN by the equipment could reach 71.77%,the effluent concentration was 12.89 mg/L,which reached the first-class A standards of GB 18918-2002.The operation cost was 1.06 yuan/t.Therefore,the integrated equipment had a good effect on the treatment of rural domestic sewage and a greater value of promotion.
