科研诚信素养培育研究既是对科研诚信理论的丰富,亦是对科研不端行为的治理研究。提高科研对象科研诚信素养,使诚信成为科研活动中自觉自发的行为是科研诚信教育的最终目的。将高校科研诚信素养培育与大学文化建设相结合,着力完善科研诚信制度文化,营造科研诚信环境文化,凝聚科研诚信精神文化,打造科研诚信行为文化等,从大学文化的视角探索构建汇集多种手段、要素和载体的系统科学、完善高效的科研诚信素养培育机制,使高校师生在科研诚信文化的长期滋养中增强科研诚信意识和素养,促进高校师德师风建设水平,丰富高校文化内涵,提升高校科技创新能力。

The research on the cultivation of scientific research integrity literacy is an important part of the theory of scientific research integrity and the governance of scientific research misconduct.The ultimate goal of scientific research integrity education is to improve the scientific research integrity literacy of scientific researchers,making integrity a voluntary behavior in scientific research activities.The cultivation of scientific research integrity in colleges and universities can be combined with the construction of university culture,so as to strive to improve the culture of scientific research integrity system,create a culture of scientific research integrity environment,condense the culture of scientific research integrity spirit,and establish a culture of scientific research integrity behavior.From the perspective of university culture,the paper tries to explore and build an efficient,systematic cultivation mechanism for scientific research integrity that integrates multiple means,elements and carriers.It will enable the teachers and students in colleges and universities to enhance their awareness and quality of scientific research integrity in the long-term nurturing of the culture of scientific research integrity,thus promoting the construction of college teachers’ethics and ethos,enriching the cultural connotations of colleges and universities,and enhancing the scientific and technological innovation ability of colleges and universities.
