山西洪洞西孔村元代地震纪年墓发掘简报

Brief report on excavation of a brick tomb with reign title of Yuan dynasty in Xikong village,Hongtong county,Shanxi province

2021年,山西省考古研究院等单位在山西省洪洞县甘亭镇西孔村附近发掘了一批元代墓葬,其中M33为仿木结构砖室墓,结构完整,墓内砖雕保存完好。出土买地券记载墓葬年代为元代晚期,筑墓原因与元代发生的地震有关。该砖室墓的发现为研究元代晋南地区社会文化、民间习俗提供了重要资料,同时为更好认识元代洪洞地震提供了可靠的依据。

There are a batch of tombs of Yuan dynasty near Xikong Village,Ganting Town,Hongtong County,excavated by the Shanxi Provincial Institute of Archaeology and local administration of cultural relics in 2021.Among these tombs,the tomb 33 is an intact brick structural imitated timber house and the brick carvings inside are well preserved.The date of the land purchase certificate unearthed from the tomb records that it was built in the late Yuan Dynasty and the reason was related to the heavy earthquake that occurred previously.This brick tomb provides so much important information for studying the social life and folk customs of the southern Shanxi in the Yuan Dynasty.In the meantime,it provides a reliable evidence for getting to know the Hongtong Earthquakes during the Yuan Dynasty.
