摘要 为了提取电动汽车作用于齿轮轴上的真实载荷,根据多体动力学理论与刚体柔性化理论,建立了电动汽车减速器刚柔耦合多体动力学模型;其次基于驱动电机扭矩特性,确定了符合减速器扭矩输入载荷仿真模型;最后通过仿真计算将模型输出的扭矩与转速作用于电动汽车减速器刚柔耦合多体动力学系统,提取了电动汽车减速器齿轮轴上的动态载荷。 In order to extract the real load acting on the gear shaft by the electric vehicle,a rigid-flexible coupled multi-body dynamic model of the electric vehicle reducer was established according to the multi-body dynamics theory and the rigid-body flexibility theory.Secondly,based on the torque characteristics of the drive motor,a simulation model for the torque input load of the reducer is established.Finally,the torque and speed output from the model are applied to the rigid-flexible coupled multi-body dynamics system of the electric vehicle reducer through simulation calculation,and the electric vehicle is extracted.Dynamic loads on the gear shaft of the reducer.
