石墨烯润滑油的制备及其抗磨减摩性能研究

摘要 这几年,机械抗磨减摩的技术逐渐提升,常规润滑油在微摩擦的背景下,展现了自身的局限性,为了更好的进入到对摩擦界面的分析中,构建了对微观摩擦学进行研究的方式,在这一背景下,纳米摩擦学诞生了。把纳米粒子融入到润滑油内,这已经成为现阶段改善润滑油抗磨减摩性能的重要模式,它可以通过微粒与微粒的合作,来对表面进行修复,这也起到了润滑的效果。基于此,本文通过石墨烯润滑油的制备进行分析,对石墨烯润滑油的分散稳定性能、摩擦磨损性能以及产生的规律进行了研究。 In recent years,the technology of mechanical anti-wear and friction reduction has been gradually improved.Conventional lubricating oil shows its own limitations under the background of micro-friction.In order to better analyze the friction interface,a research method of micro-tribology has been constructed.Under this background,nano-tribology was born.Incorporating nanoparticles into lubricating oil has become an important mode to improve the anti-wear and anti-friction performance of lubricating oil at present.It can repair the surface through the cooperation between particles,which also plays a lubricating role.Based on this,this paper analyzes the preparation of graphene lubricating oil,and studies the dispersion stability,friction and wear properties and the production rules of graphene lubricating oil.
