摘要
简要介绍了面向振动测试的变速器EOL技术条件,阐述了时域分析和阶次谱分析方法在处理振动信号时的特点,通过辨识齿轮故障的振动特征形成较完善的诊断策略。针对齿轮损伤案例,梳理了工况信息,通过图谱对比提取了故障显著的振动特征,由时域冲击特征确定了故障类型,通过阶次谱边带特征信息与阶次档案匹配,给出了诊断结果,与拆解检查结论吻合。
This paper briefly introduces the transmission EOL technical conditions for vibration test,expounds the characteristics of time domain analysis and order spectrum analysis methods in processing vibration signals,and forms a more complete diagnosis strategy by identifying the vibration characteristics of gear faults.Aiming at the gear damage case,the test information is sorted out,the significant vibration characteristics of the fault are extracted through the comparison of the graphs,the fault type is determined by the time-domain impact characteristics,and the diagnosis is given by matching the information of the order spectrum sidebands with the computed order file.The diagnosis is consistent with the dismantling inspection conclusion.
