摘要
针对当前专业群组群逻辑与产业、服务领域对应性,岗位群协同性,人才培养定位准确性,知识与技能体系系统性等方面不够衔接的系列问题,以新能源汽车技术专业群为例,从跨界融合视域出发,在分析专业群面向的产业关系、服务领域、岗位群、人才培养定位的前提下、形成新能源汽车技术专业群协同型的“网状生态”组群逻辑,为相关专业群组群逻辑的分析提供实践支撑。
To solve the series problems of specialty group on the correspondence of the industry and service field,synergy of post group,accuracy of talent training orientation,system of knowledge and skills,we analysed the industrial relation,service fields,post group and talent training orientation of New energy vehicle technology specialty group based on the perspective of cross-border integration.Then the collaborative"reticular ecology"group logic of new energy vehicle technology specialty group was formed.It provided the practical support for construction of relevant specialty group logic.
