摘要 本文介绍了一种Ka波段八通道T/R组件,可用于Ka波段有源相控阵雷达中。T/R组件具有体积小、集成度高、通道一致性好的特点。文章着重对T/R组件组成构架、收发通道指标预算、关键电路设计仿真、微波多层混压基板设计进行了详细的论述。测试结果显示,T/R组件在5GHz工作带宽内具有良好的性能,发射功率大于29dBm,噪声系数小于4.5dB,接收增益大于22dB,移相精度小于4°,衰减精度小于0.5dB。 In this paper,a Ka-band eight-channel T/R module was introduced,which could be used in millimeter wave phased array radar.T/R module featured as large output power,small volume and high integration.In this paper,the structure of T/R module,the design of transmitting and receiving channel,the design of key circuit simulation,and the design of microwave multilayer mixed pressure substrate are discussed in detail.The test results showed that the proposed T/R module had good performance within the 5GHz operation bandwidth;transmitting power was greater than 29dBm,noise coefficient was less than 4.5dB,receiving gain was greater than 22dB,phase-shifting accuracy was less 4°,and attenuation accuracy was less than 0.5dB.
