立足实践探索生态补水规律加快复苏永定河生态环境

Exploring law of ecological water replenishment and recovery of eco-environment of the Yongding River based on practical experiments

永定河综合治理与生态修复核心问题在于水,破解之道也在于水。近年来通过恢复上下游河流生态、涵养沿线水源,永定河已连续两年实现连山通海全线通水,河湖生态环境明显改善。为进一步巩固现有通水成效,加快实现稳定、常态化通水,永定河流域投资有限公司在实践中积极探索生态补水规律。探索水源利用规律,多措并举保障河道生态需水;探索水量调度规律,多点发力保障河道不断流;探索水流冲刷规律,多管齐下推动河道生境立体修复;探索社会联动规律,多方协同构建治理新格局。经过4年多的探索实践,生态补水成效明显,为流域高质量发展提供有力支撑。

The basis of comprehensive governance and ecological restoration of the Yongding River lies in water,as well as the solution.In recent years,by recovering ecosystem of the river upstream and downstream and water conservation,the Yongding River has been recovered the river flow to the sea for two consecutive years.The ecological environment of the river and lakes has improved significantly.In order to consolidate the results and normalized the water supply,the Yongding River Basin Investment Co.,Ltd.has made practical efforts to explore the law of ecological water supply.Attentions have been paid on how to use water sources and multiple measures to ensure ecological water demand,regulation of water flow to ensure continuous flow of the river,law of water erosion and promote three-dimensional restoration of river habitat through multiple channels,and law of social interaction so as to build a new pattern of governance through cooperation.After more than 4 years of practice,ecological water supplement has made great contribution to support high-quality development of the basin.
