长江水文化是长江文化的重要组成部分。梳理了长江水文化在不同历史时期的特点及发挥的作用,阐述了对长江水文化的认识;论述了时代进步、需求增长、迎来历史机遇的背景下建设长江水文化的必要性;提出强化规划引领、夯实基础研究、创新体制机制、落实保障措施、用好信息技术等推进长江水文化建设的措施。

Water culture of the Yangtze River should be one of the key parts of the culture of the Yangtze River.This paper analyzes the characteristics and functions of the water culture in different historical periods,and understanding of the Yangtze River water culture.The necessity of boosting water culture of the Yangtze River is discussed under the background of advancement of the times,given the growth of demand and historical opportunities.Measures are suggested to boost water culture of the Yangtze River,such as strengthening planning,consolidating basic research,innovating institutional system and mechanism,implementing safeguard measures,and making good use of information technology.
