肉类食品企业冷链物流方案优化实践研究——以双汇集团冷链物流为例 被引量:1

摘要 随着居民消费水平的提高和消费结构的变化,人们愈发重视生鲜食品品质和安全。为了提高生鲜食品质量、保证食品安全,大力加快冷链物流发展已经成为必然的发展趋势。在国务院印发的《“十四五”冷链物流发展规划》中明确指出,要对“十四五”时期冷链物流发展做全面部署,并且对肉类冷链物流服务优化提出了具体意见。在分析肉类食品企业冷链物流现状和存在问题的基础上,选取国家肉类食品重点龙头企业双汇集团,开展冷链物流方案的优化实践研究,从双汇冷链物流环节优化、系统优化、新技术研发、新设备推广、加强与第三方冷链物流合作等方面提出了相应对策,以期对相关肉类食品企业提供一定的借鉴和参考。 With the improvement of residents’ consumption level and the change of consumption structure, people pay more attention to the quality and safety of fresh food. In order to improve the quality of fresh food and ensure food safety, it has become an inevitable trend to vigorously accelerate the development of cold chain logistics. In the “Fourteenth Five Year Plan” Cold Chain Logistics Development Plan issued by the State Council, it was clearly pointed out that the development of cold chain logistics during the “Fourteenth Five Year Plan” period should be comprehensively deployed, and specific suggestions were put forward for the optimization of meat cold chain logistics services. On the basis of analyzing the current situation and existing problems of cold chain logistics in meat food enterprises, Shuanghui Group, a key national meat food leading enterprise, was selected to carry out optimization practice research on cold chain logistics scheme, and put forward corresponding countermeasures from aspects of Shuanghui cold chain logistics link optimization, system optimization, new technology research and development, new equipment promotion, and strengthening cooperation with third-party cold chain logistics, In order to provide some reference for the relevant meat food enterprises.
