在体育产业结构变化、信息技术应用实践以及共同体生活化的融合发展中,建设与完善公共体育健康服务体系面临着多种机遇,围绕全民公共健身服务的要求,构建高质量的群众体育健康生活共同体是新时代满足群众日益增长的体育健康需求的有力保障,是贯彻全民健身计划、体育强国战略、健康中国政策的重要推手。以共生理论为理论指导,通过冬奥会与体育健康生活共同体建设理念、目标、内容以及制度的共信共建模式分析,现实审视奥运会与体育健康生活共同体的建设联系,进而阐述关系—互动的衍变逻辑。研究认为,体育健康生活共同体是以体育健康塑造与水平提升为宗旨,在社会活动实践中发生系列体育健康行为关系的场域空间。冬奥会“绿色、共享、开放、廉洁”理念与体育健康生活共同体“项目、设施、服务、治理”关联共生。体育健康生活共同体的初步建设,通过赋能场馆设施与产业治理,推进了健康消费;通过盘活特色项目与健身服务,筑牢了健康之基。体育健康生活共同体建构逻辑包括:创编实践开放包容的运动项目,生成传统与特色兼容的共生单元;顶层设计绿色生态的场地设施,打造规划与补偿协同的共生环境;精细供给创新共享的健康服务,构筑智慧与普适交互的共生界面;规范证成廉洁高效的运营治理,创建多元与系统联合的共生模式。

In the change of sports industry structure,the application of information technology and the integrated development of community life,the construction and improvement of public sports health service system is faced with a variety of opportunities.Centering on the requirements of public fitness service,the construction of high-quality mass sports and healthy life community is a strong guarantee to meet the growing needs of people for sports and health in the new era.It is an important force in implementing the national fitness plan,the strategy of strengthening China through sports,and the Healthy China policy.Guided by the symbiosis theory,this paper analyzes the co-trust and co-construction mode of the concept,goal,content and system of the construction of the Winter Olympic Games and the sports healthy life community,examines the relationship between the construction of the Olympic Games and the sports healthy life community,and builds the relationship—the evolution logic of interaction.According to the research,the sports health life community is a field space in which a series of sports health behavior relations occur in the practice of social activities with the purpose of shaping and improving the level of sports health.The concept of"green,shared,open and clean"of the Winter Olympics is connected and symbiotic with the concept of"project,facility,service,management"of the sports healthy life community.The initial construction of a sports healthy life community promotes healthy consumption through empowering venue facilities and industrial governance;and build a solid foundation of health through the activation of special projects and fitness services.The construction logic of sports healthy life community includes:creating and practicing open and inclusive sports items,generating symbiotic units compatible with tradition and characteristics;Top-level design of green ecological site facilities to create a symbiotic environment of planning and compensation coordination;Fine supply of innovative and shared health services to build a symbiotic interface of wisdom and universality interaction;Standard certificate becomes clean and efficient operation management,and create the symbiosis pattern of multivariate system union.
