Paying Attention to Life Skills:A New Way for the Development of School Physical Education

生活技能是个体发展自我、胜任工作、融入生活、迈向社会的必要技能。运用文献资料等方法,立足于学校体育教学发展生活技能的现实价值与学理基础,探讨学校体育教学发展生活技能的困境与进路。实践困境主要表现在:体育教学的应试化特征对生活技能的遮蔽;体育教师教学思维的固化对生活技能发展的阻碍;生活技能概念的模糊化限制了其在体育教学中的发展;生活技能属性的多元化使体育教师难以做出准确评价。推进路径为:将生活技能教育理念与体育学科核心素养理念相融合;将生活技能完整渗透至体育教学目标并引领教学内容和方法;整合体育课内外利于生活技能发展的教学内容;创设有助于生活技能发展的教学情境;实现由单一性评价向综合性评价的转变。

Life skills are the necessary skills for individuals to develop themselves,be competent for work,integrate into life and step into the society.Based on the practical value and theoretical basis of the development of life skills in school physical education,this paper discusses the dilemma and approach of the development of life skills in school physical education.It is believed the difficulties mainly include:the exam-oriented characteristics of physical education shield life skills,the solidification of teaching thinking of physical education hinders the development of life skills,the vagueness of the concept of life skills limits its development in physical education,and the diversity of life skills attributes makes it difficult for physical education teachers to make accurate evaluation.Approach:the life skills education concept and the integration of sports discipline core literacy concept,complete life skill permeate to the sports teaching goal and lead the teaching content and method of integration of physical education,conducive to the development of life skills both inside and outside the teaching contents,contribute to the development of life skills teaching situation,the implementation by a"single evaluation"to comprehensive evaluation.
