Persian-Chinese Transcription and Collation ofHuihuiguan Yiyuand Huihuiguan Zazi

《回回馆译语》《回回馆杂字》作为明清时期官方波斯语培训教材,采用汉字音标注波斯文音读,各版本在传抄中存在波斯文与音注汉字对音不合的现象。本文系统梳理了7个版本波斯文教材“波斯-汉”对音不合的语音现象,并对其对音不合的词条进行校释。对音不合主要由字母变体多样,字母形近、音近,以及研究者对其校释不足乃至误解等因素所致。

Chinese characters are used to transcribe the Persian words in Huihuiguan Yiyu and Huihuiguan Zazi,the official textbooks for Persian language training in the Ming and Qing dynasties,and disagreements occur between the readings of the Persian words and their transcriptional Chinese characters in various copies of the two textbooks.This paper systematically sorts out the reading discrepancies in seven versions of these textbooks,and provides collation and explanation for lexical items with disagreements in readings.The reading discrepancies are mainly caused by factors such as the varied forms of letters,similarity in the forms and sounds of letters,as well as the researchers'lack of collation and explanation or even misunderstandings.
