摘要 生命科学研究促进了组学技术的发展,除了基因组、转录组和蛋白组可以从基因和蛋白功能等方面揭示生命科学活动外,生物体内还存在着十分精细的调控体系,既有直接参与能量代谢的糖类、脂质及其中间代谢物,也有对新陈代谢起重要调节作用的物质,它们在体内形成相互关联的代谢网络,共同参与对生命活动的调控。 A massive amount of primary data for all low-molecular-weight metabolites in living organism was generated in cellular metabolomics,which provides the basis for early biological changes in cells caused by perturbation of metabolic pathways.In vitro study has many advantages such as less impact of external factors,controllable experimental conditions,high level of reproducibility,low cost and easy interpretation of results.Therefore,cell metabolomics research has been widely used in drug development and safety evaluation,etc.In order to obtain a more realistic and comprehensive metabolic profile,it is necessary to design a reasonable experimental protocol,such as controlling the medium source and cell growth cycle to reduce the difference in the metabolic profile,selecting appropriate cell processing and analysis methods to obtain comprehensive metabolite information.This review discusses the experimental process of cell metabolomics and its application in drug research,aiming to further understand the research and development of cellular metabolomics.
