摘要
以钨渣为二次资源,研究开发合理的回收工艺,将其中的钨、钽、铌、铁、锰加以回收利用,生产出市场需求的氧化铁和碳酸锰,钨、钽、铌得到富集后重新返回其冶炼过程加以利用。在选定的工艺条件下,从钨渣中回收的钨富集物含WO_(3)61.41%,钨回收率71.36%;钽铌富集物含(Ta_(2)O_(5)+Nb_(2)O_(5))7.94%,钽铌回收率70.69%;氧化铁含Fe_(2)O_(3)90.49%,铁回收率84.75%;碳酸锰含Mn 43.68%,锰回收率83.25%。该工艺实现了资源综合利用的目的。
Take tungsten slag as secondary resources,reasonable processes were developed to comprehensively recover tungsten,tantalum,niobium,iron and manganese with production of iron oxide and manganese carbonate,and tungsten,tantalum and niobium can be enriched and returned to smelting process for utilization.Under the selected process conditions,the tungsten concentrate recovered from tungsten slag contains WO_(3)of 61.41%,and tungsten recovery is 71.36%.The tantalum niobium concentrate contains(Ta_(2)O_(5)+Nb_(2)O_(5))of 7.94%,and recovery of tantalum and niobium is 70.69%.Iron oxide contains 90.49%of Fe_(2)O_(3),and iron recovery is 84.75%.Manganese carbonate contains 43.68%of Mn,and manganese recovery is 83.25%.The process realizes the purpose of comprehensive utilization of resources.
