探究外来入侵植物野茼蒿水浸提液对3种豆科植物的化感作用

To Explore the Allelopathic Effect of Water Extract of Invasive Alien Plant Crassocephalum crepidioides on Three Legumes

采用纸上发芽法研究野茼蒿(Crassocephalum crepidioides)不同浓度水浸提液对黄豆、绿豆和红豆的化感作用.结果表明,野茼蒿水浸提液对3种豆科植物都有抑制作用,抑制作用大小与水浸提液浓度大小呈正相关.不同浓度野茼蒿水浸提液化感效应指数均为负值,所有浓度的野茼蒿水浸提液对黄豆、绿豆和红豆的化感综合效应均为负值,即均表现为抑制作用.3种豆科植物对野茼蒿的化感作用敏感性不同,野茼蒿对黄豆的抑制作用最强,红豆次之,绿豆最弱.

The allelopathetic effect of different concentrations of water leaching solution of Crassoceph⁃alum crepidioides on soybean,mung bean and red bean was studied by paper germination method.The results showed that the water extract of Crassocephalum crepidioides had inhibitory effect on three le⁃gumes,and the inhibition was positively correlated with the concentration of water leaching solution.The allelopathetic effect index of water leaching of Crassocephalum crepidioides was negative at different concentrations,and the allelopathic effect of all concentrations of Crassocephalum crepidioides water ex⁃tract on soybeans,mung beans and red beans was negative,that is,all showed inhibition.The three le⁃gumes had different sensitivities to the allelopathic effect of Crassocephalum crepidioides,with Crasso⁃cephalum crepidioides having the strongest inhibitory effect on soybeans,followed by red beans and mung beans being the weakest.
