摘要
研究了黄芩、三七、铁冬青3种中草药分别对羧甲基纤维素钠和黄原胶黏度的影响,发现三七粉使羧甲基纤维素钠黏度快速下降,黄芩粉也使羧甲基纤维素钠黏度下降,铁冬青粉使羧甲基纤维素钠黏度缓慢下降;黄芩粉、三七粉和铁冬青粉对黄原胶黏度稳定性几乎没有影响,其中黄芩粉使黄原胶黏度增加。黄原胶分子链上有三糖侧链,可形成棒状双螺旋复合体,保护主链;羧甲基纤维素钠分子链上无侧链,主链“裸露”,相比黄原胶更易被外界影响。
The effects of Scutellaria baicalensis,Panax notoginseng and Ilex rotunda on the viscosities of CMC and xanthan gum were studied.Results showed that the viscosity of CMC was decreased rapidly with Panax notoginseng;the viscosity of CMC was decreased with Scutellaria baicalensis;the viscosity of CMC was decreased slowly with Ilex rotunda.The viscosity of xanthan gum was almost stable with Scutellaria baicalensis,Panax notoginseng and Ilex rotunda,respectively;and the viscosity of xanthan gum was increased with the increase of Scutellaria baicalensis concentration.There is a side chain on the molecular chain of xanthan gum,which can form a rod-shaped double helix complex to protect the main chain.There is no side chain on the molecular chain of CMC,and the main chain is“bare”.So,compared with xanthan gum,the molecular chain of CMC is more susceptible to external influences.
