市售去屑洗发水中去屑剂和防腐剂使用情况分析 被引量:1

Analysis of the use of anti-dandruff agents and preservatives in commercial anti-dandruff shampoos

摘要 按照《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)中水杨酸等5种组分的测定方法和甲基氯异噻唑啉酮等12种组分的测定方法,对115批去屑类洗发水去屑剂和防腐剂进行检测和数据分析,将检测结果与产品标签标识进行比对和统计分析。在115批去屑洗发水中,检出常用去屑剂主要有4类,其中吡硫鎓锌使用频率最高(占53.0%);检出常用防腐剂主要有8种,其中苯氧乙醇使用频率最高(占38.3%);去屑剂实际检出结果与产品标签标识一致率为87%,防腐剂实际检出结果与产品的标签标识一致率为63.5%。本次检测分析的115批去屑类洗发水中去屑剂和防腐剂含量均未超出《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)的标准要求,但去屑剂和防腐剂实际检出结果与产品标签标识不一致情况为高风险点,这种情况会误导消费行为和增加安全隐患,应持续加强监督管理。 The anti-dandruff agents and preservatives in commercially available anti-dandruff shampoos were tested and analyzed,and the test results of anti-dandruff agents and preservatives in the samples were compared with the product label identification.The test and data analysis were operated in accordance with the determination methods in the“Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics”(2015 edition)for the 5 components including salicylic acid and for the 12 components including methyl chloroisothiazolinone.In 115 batches of anti-dandruff shampoos,4 types of commonly used anti-dandruff agents were detected,among which zinc pyrithione was most frequently used(accounting for 53.0%);8 commonly used preservatives were mainly detected,among which phenoxyethanol was the most frequently used(accounting for 38.3%).The consistency rate between the actual detection result and the product label was 87%for anti-dandruff agents and was 63.5%for preservatives.For the 115 batches of anti-dandruff shampoos tested,the content of anti-dandruff agents and preservatives did not exceed the standard requirements of the“Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics”(2015 Edition).However,the inconsistency between actual detection results and product labels for anti-dandruff agents and preservatives is a high-risk point,which will mislead consumer behavior and increase safety hazards,and supervision and management should be continuously strengthened.
