基于响应面模型的锚支护机组立柱多参数优化 被引量:1

Multi-parameter optimization of the stand column of anchor support unit based on the response surface model

摘要 针对迈步式锚支护机组立柱在复杂结构参数优化中的低效性,提出了基于响应面模型多参数设计的方法。使用ANSYS和MATLAB进行联合仿真,以立柱的体积、最大总位移和一阶模态频率为输出量,对立柱模型的结构尺寸进行灵敏度分析,采用最优空间填充设计法抽取样本点进行数值模拟,建立响应面模型;利用多目标遗传算法对立柱轻量化目标函数进行求解计算,得到立柱结构的最优布局,仿真结果表明:优化后立柱的质量减轻了22.45%,前三阶固有频率有所提高,整体动态性能有所改善。 Aiming at the low efficiency of the stand column of the stepping anchor support unit in the optimization of complex structural parameters,a multi-parameter design method based on response surface model was proposed.Using ANSYS and MATLAB for joint simulation and taking the volume,the maximum total displacement and the first-order modal frequency of the stand column as the output,the sensitivity analysis of the structural size of the stand column model was carried out.The optimal space filling design method was used to extract sample points for numerical simulation,and the response surface model was established.The multi-objective genetic algorithm tool was used to solve the objective function of column lightweight,and the optimal layout of stand column structure was obtained.The simulation results show that the mass of the optimized stand column decreases by 22.45%,the first three natural frequencies are improved,and the overall dynamic performance is improved.
