基于图像识别的塔式起重机异常预警方法及应用

Method and Application of Abnormal Warning of Tower Cranes Based on Image Recognition

为了建立塔式起重机的异常预警监控体系,提出基于图像识别的塔式起重机异常预警方法及应用。利用图像传感器对塔式起重机的构件图像、操作人员图像、环境图像进行采集和分析,总结出影响预警的主要因素。基于这些因素,设计图像识别网络,针对不同类型的预警数据进行分析和处理,最终输出对应预警等级,实现塔式起重机的异常预警。

In order to establish a monitoring system for abnormal early warning of tower cranes,this paper proposes an abnormal early warning method and application of tower cranes based on image recognition.For the collection of tower crane image data,the image sensors are used to collect and analyze the crane component image,operator image and environmental image of the tower crane,and analyze the main factors.This paper also designs an efficient image recognition network,analyzes and processes different types of early warning data,and finally outputs I-IV types of early warning levels to accurately realize abnormal early warning of tower cranes.
